Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RedLinz, a product of AI Agent Worx ("we", "us"). By using RedLinz you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

RedLinz is a web application for annotating images and screenshots and generating AI-ready prompts. Image editing happens entirely in your browser; a lightweight account (email + password) is required to access the app and manage your subscription.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• RedLinz is offered on a subscription basis at $8/month with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup, but you will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

3. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins. We will consider refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges. Contact info@aiagentworx.ai.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RedLinz to violate any law, infringe others' rights, upload content you don't have the rights to, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without permission.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the images and annotations you create. Because image processing happens in your browser, we do not store, claim, or access the content of your uploads. You are solely responsible for the content you annotate.

6. Intellectual property

RedLinz, its branding, and its software are owned by AI Agent Worx. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your subscription is active.

7. Disclaimers

RedLinz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs generated from your prompts will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agent Worx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using RedLinz at any time by simply discontinuing use and, if subscribed, cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. To request cancellation or removal of billing records, email us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
